Complaints indicating that accredited programs or programs seeking accreditation are not in substantial compliance with the standards, are not fulfilling administrative requirements for maintaining accreditation, or are not following established accreditation policies may be directed to the JRCNMT. The complaints must be submitted in writing and must be signed. Upon receipt of the written complaint JRCNMT Policy 5.300, Complaints Regarding Accredited Programs, is followed.
