As part of the Office of the Vice President for Regional Campuses and Online Education (VPRCOE), University Student Services and Systems (USSS) supports the academic and student services missions of Indiana University by coordinating and managing university-wide operations in admissions, financial aid, student records, student demographics, access administration, and veteran’s affairs.
USSS provides institutional research and reporting for university customers, governmental agencies, and other external organizations. USSS also performs university-wide operations in the areas of information security, data administration, operational support, reporting, internal controls, academic policy implementation, and compliance.
USSS leads Student Shared Services designed to enhance customer service, implement best practices, and reduce operating costs in campus and university offices in the areas of admissions, financial aid, student records, veteran’s services, access administration, and institutional research and reporting.
